PATRICK’S DAY PARADE HAS BEEN POSTPONED BECAUSE OF THE RAIN/WIND/LOUSY-STINKING WEATHER…  Parade organizer Marty Hardiman called at 8:30am this morning to deliver the news… he had been hopeful, but many bands and marching units called to cancel… RAIN DATE NEXT SUNDAY, MARCH 21…
